Shipping Information

With such a wide range of products, all with different weights and sizes, it can be very difficult to figure exact shipping for each country.  We have set a flat rate of $9.95 for the initial item and $1.95 for each additional item.

In most cases this will be sufficient, but in the event that your selection must be shipped separately or will require additional postage we will contact you.

All orders in the USA are shipped via US Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on the value and size.  In both cases we use tracking or delivery confirmation. Orders over $150 will require a signature.

Orders to the UK and most EU countries are shipped by Air or Priority Mail. For order of $75 and up we recommend purchasing insurance (contact us for details).

Orders to Italy, Greece, Mexico and certain high-loss countries will require Registered Mail which is an additional $10. This method has proven to be highly reliable and secure.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or destroyed in the mail. If you have concerns or problems with the post, please purchase insurance. We package items securely and have an excellent delivery rate. With 25 years of experience, we know how to get your order to you safely!
